- 10.10.100.1 is my CUCM ip and 6565 is my cucm DID number
in "sip show peer"
"got sip response 405 method not allowed back from 10.10.100.1"
what is the problem ?

You might need to check with your Cisco CUCM on how to connect other SIP based PBX to it.
