Error Code 503

Hi
Please assist
i am using goautodial 2.0 and on server it is showing this error continue......

- Got SIP response 503 "Service Unavailable" back from xxx.xx.xx.xx
-- SIP/worldphone-000143e4 is circuit-busy == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0*)

And due this waiting time of the agent is increasing.And also i had words with our service provider and they told me that it is our side error.

Please Help me to solve this error.

503 is kind of service provider side issue.

may be u might dialling over the maximum channel limit alloted to you by provider.

sir we have 50 channels and our autodial limit is 4. And it is placing 30-40 calls at a time.

503 Service Unavailable:

The server is undergoing maintenance or is temporarily overloaded and so cannot process the request. A "Retry-After" header field may specify when the client may reattempt its request
