"Calls in queue" not appear

I have installed goautodial 3.0 scratch install. So when I connect to the agent screen, I cannot see the "Calls in queue" nor the "Session Id" display.
Can someone help me ???

hi

did you mean the incomming calls not dispalying in "Calls in queue"
you may try an update "yum update"
