supervisor mode agent resources update

In supervisor mode - AGENT & LEADS status , leads resources are updating but leads resources are not updating. I have selected the right campaign for the supervisor.

Any idea how to make it active for the supervisor mode.

Can you provide me a screenshot of the following:

1. Supervisor User settings
2. User Group settings of your Supervisor
3. Screenshot of "agent resources are not updating"
