Issue in Autodial

Dear Team,

I can able to dial manually in Soft phone.But Auto dial is not working.kindly help me to solve the issue.

Hi,

Can you post your asterisk CLI while attempting a call.

Now i can able to dial in autodial.But in auto dial i can't hear anything from customer side.at the same time i can hear in manual dialing.

Hi,

What audio codec are you using? Have you tried changing it from allow=gsm, allow=g729 or allow=ulaw.

Hi,

Please try to change the codec from allow=gsm, allow=g729 or allow=ulaw.
