they are other mistake :

cd /usr/src/astguiclient_svn/trunk/
perl install.pl  --no-prompt --without-web --asterisk_version 13.X --copy_sample_conf_files --debugX

replace with 
cd /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/

I managed to get into the portal but when i create users i get the error, The Image is attached. Are you facing the same issue while creating new users ?

Should be:

I have installed goautodial v4 from iso and when i am trying to login as admin with password "goautodial" it not loging in.

What is default admin login and password for this version goautodial v4?

change the file: /var/www/html/php/goCRMAPISettings.php

to:

I also can not log in with admin / G0autodial2018

Your database user "goautodialu" doesn't have enough rights to access the "goautodial" database.

Please check the HOWTO on how to grant access to the "goautodialu" user.

There is no HOWTo for granting access to "goautodialu" user.
