what number you are dialing?

make sure you are using 9011 as autodial and manual dial prefix in campaign.

if you are dialing directly from phone dial with 9011 as prefix.

Hello,

2 things i would like to tell you here.

1. Switch2voip takes payment first and allows your calls to pass, until they have given you any test balance.
2. as Striker said above, you have to use the prefix which you have set in extension otherwise calls wont pass, also make sure that your campaign settings and carrier settings are in proper sync.
