My Goautodial don´t play the audio when make calling

Please,I need your help
I installed Goautodial 3.0 ,I use discountvoip.co.uk as my SIP Acount.When I make calling,the calling it is very good,but Don´t play the wav Audio,the calling stop alone
I need your help.

i mean when you want your audio to get played?
Are you sure, you have right format audio file uploaded in your dialer?

When I tried to send a campagne,normally Iam using Audio Wav format,
All the phone are ringing,but when you try to answer,the calling stop or down.may the server is on silence.
Iam triying to solve it,but I can´t.Please help me.

Instead of using wav covert it to GSM. easiest way to play any recording on goautodial.

Seems like Lack of RTP ports
Make sure to open the below ports in your firewall/router
UDP 10000 to 20000
also mention Nat=yes in your sip carrier settings.
make the above changes and revert back on this post.
