listening to agents is not possible
I can't listen to agents from the dash board in the goautodial 3.3 online hosted version, however I can barge into calls but never listen to them, the problem is the phone does not ring when I assign listen and put the admin phone in place. It does not call the phone to start the blind monitering session.
I m waiting for a prompt reply please help me out

you can check conference.conf and modules associated with it. Usually it happens when it gets damaged while installation, anyways you can always listen to your agent by login in to your admin console and then dealing your agent extension.
