appel sortant

bonjour a tous.
je suis un débutant dans la voip et GOAUTODIAL. je voudrais appeler les numéro externe autre que les numéro des agents comme 8001,8002 a partir de goautodial , je possède un gateway yeastar tg400 pour insérer mes sim et je voudrais interconnecter mon gateway a goautodial.

1. check the below link to configure the yeastar with goautodia/vicidial

2. once you are done, make sure you are able to make calls via yeastar sim.

3.to call external no instead of 8001, go to phones, create a new phone
in the Dial Plan Number: filed enter your external no with prefix mentioned in carrier.
then select the Protocal as EXTERNAL

Hi @Stiker,
I tried your example written above which was very perfect but one thing wasn't clear.
The Goautodial dialplan and the SIP trunk dialplan, how do you configure. Am using Yeastar TG400 configuring on Goautodial v3.3
