(Newgoce) Call length on inbound call is 0:00

Description
Hi,
Inbound calls on export call report is being shown with a call length of 0:00 instead of the actual call length. I've posted a screenshot of the actual call length on the recording and the data on the export call report as comparison.

Need more time to troubleshoot and replicate the issue.

I found same problem while troubleshooting report, calls are correctly reported but lenght are missing (randomly) for all inbound group (3)

I've done some test to try to figure out why duration is not always logged and as far as i see if i hang up first call
duration time is lost, otherwise if i wait "dead call" as caller hang first duration come reported. As on the attachement
when duration time is present call time goes wrong. To "solve" this i export outbound call with an empty outbound campaign
plus wanted inbound group
