Bug still exist

Steps:
1. Create a new ListiD 2000 (1 custom field will create automatically)

2. Upload Leads using Lead Mapping (Items custom field will display now)

3. Try to delete custom fields (Error will encounter)

Di ko ma-replicate ito sa test server ko... Yung step 1 na mag create ng new list id... after ng creation, wala namang custom field na na-create...

Please try List ID 2000.

To fix the issue

Run the following if no custom fields created:

mysql asterisk -A
delete from vicidial_lists_fields where list_id <> '101';
