Good day!
We have a sound problem with incoming calls in the predictive system. And the problem is floating. It consists in the following:
usually the first call to the agent comes normally, but the second and subsequent calls come without a voice. Changing the workstation does not help (tried to transplant agents). It helps only change account.
We do not observe any connection with the load, the problem may manifest itself both with the load on the server and without it.
What could be the reason?
