Station & User not visible on Real-Time Main Report on any browser running on Windows but working or visible on Ubuntu OS. See screen cap.

Kindly enable Realtime Block User Info: on admin user account.

You mean disable (value=0) and it works by disabling it.

set Realtime Block User Info = 1 then check it again.

I did and by setting it to 1 will not display the user info of the agents on the realtime monitoring.
