Can you please do a screen shot of the user's settings starting from ADMIN REPORT OPTIONS: until the bottom of the page?
And I'm sure you're editing an admin account. Right?

Oh... are you modifying an agent account?
You should change the Realtime Block User Info of an admin account, like the account you're using to access the admin panel, so you'll be able to see the user's information on the realtime monitoring.
Interesting we havent changed any settings there, all shown in snap shots are there by default,
Kindly advise.

As what i've seen on the snap shot... It isn't an admin account due to almost all of the settings are disabled (set to 0).
