FYI.
Request checklist for WeDo call center.
- Requesting if we can have someone from the support team to be at their office during their soft launch. (Support)
- Number of sales and answering machines should also appear on the realtime report. (for DEV)
- Logo of Wedo (for DEV) - waiting for Wedo to send the copy
- Automatic Error Detection when uploading of leads. ie.(US) 11digits phone number should be counted as BAD not GOOD (for DEV)
- Provisioning of WeDo (OK tested)
