sip-vicidial.conf not showing extensions created on admin interface

Added by cayo henrique narciso over 7 years ago

I'm using GoAutoDial CE 3.3 with softphone Zoiper and I'm facing the following issue: The sip-vicidial.conf file doesn't show all the extensions I've previously created on the admin page. And the new ones I create shows on the sip-vicidial.conf but if I try to login, I am redirected to a page "Sorry, there are no available sessions" and a listen to a message "I am sorry, that's not a valid extension, please try again).

Hi,

When creating extensions its advisable to use Admin Settings>Phones.
