hi , i want to create a user superviseur to accies just listen agent and look to rapport and recording
bonjour , je veut créé un utulisateur sur goautdial , juste pour ecouté et voire les enregistrement et le details d'appel

Hi,

Try the following:

1. Update your version: https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Update_latest_version_via_Github
2. Create a UserGroup, set Allowed Campaign and Group Permission
3. Create a Supervisor user and assigned it on your newly created UserGroup.
4. Assign your agents to your newly created UserGroup.
