Goautodial 3.3 - Agent Interface.
When placing a 1st call using manual dial method, the transfer button is on, but if another manual call gets placed right after, the transfer button stays greyed out.
Any way to fix this issue?

Hi Susi,
On your first call please make sure your seeing LIVE CALL indicator just like posted on this link http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Howto_Three_Way_Calling_30. Or try to update your server.
