agents always PAUSED status

hello,

i'm using goautodial 3.3, i have few compaigns configured to route inbound calls to a group in,
unfortunately, when i log with any of agents his status in (monitoring interface) is always PAUSED and calls are not routed to any of agents (nobody is available to take your call at the moment, goodbye ).

any help please ?
