PLZ somebody help me for USB inst..ERROR "cannot find kickstart files on cdrom"

Ok i formatted one of my computer for fresh installation (i was using Virtual BOX) I try to install from USB drive using both Universal USB installer and unetbootin nothing works showing "cannot find kickstart files on cdrom" help me. For past week i have been practicing GOAUTODIAL in VBOX now i am ready but my computer doesn't have CDROM.

hi
use any iso to usb bootable software, to convert the goautodial to usb bootable.

or use vmware workstation in your windows system

I have not been able to boot from usb ive tried many iso to usb burners. The easiest way and so far only way to boot and load osdial.

ti already tried Universal USB installer and unetbootin. same error showing. MY CDROM is dead that's why.
