Hi,

It should be installed on a different machine. You can't use it along side with Windows OS not unless if you are using a virtual software. For more information kindly take time to read our Wiki section http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki and http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev3 on how to install it properly.

thank you very much for your reply. Now i'm using Oracle VM virtualbox latest version. And it's showing "Your CPU doesn't support long mode. Use a 32bit distribution". My GOAUTODIAL is 62bit. And i check my Bios for "Virtualization Technology" and it's enable. I'm using windows 7 62 bit. Any hints or suggestion would be very grateful. I'm stuck from last night with less sleep.

Hi Raj,

Are you running the GoAutodial software on an internal (home or office) network, or looking to access it across the internet, from anywhere?

If your Windows machine (agent/admin machine) is on the local network (the same one as the autodial system), then you'll need to put in the IP from the autodial system (shown on logging in to terminal) in the web browser of your windows machine - e.g. 192.168.0.xx

GoAutodial Terminal Login Page

If you're looking to use the software from anywhere, you'll require a static IP. This can be done by your ISP, or you can have a go at setting one yourself - though this is frought with complication and, unless you pay through the nose, isn't the best method. E.g. http://www.noip.com/remote-access
