Regarding "/asterisk" directory not found in /usr/share directory

I was installing Ozeki NG SMS Gateway for Asterisk PBX on Goautodial(3.3) Server Asterisk(1.8.23) in CentOS.In that process when i am going to Create agi-bin directory in /usr/share/asterisk directory I found there is no such directory name "asterisk" in share directory.

Someone please point-out what to do and solve the problem.

You might need install the source file for Asterisk if you're rebuilding a module. It's available as a SRPM (source RPM) here: http://downloads2.goautodial.org/centos/5/updates/SRPMS/.
