Agent login without Computer

Is it possible for agent login without a computer for predictive dialer.

its possible with remote agents setup.
for better performance the agent phone should be in auto answer.

And how they will log out or paused?

Because if the phone is auto answer, then there should be an ability to place pause or log out. Otherwise, it will be bad that the call come to the phone and answered and no one in the desk.
