Language in admin working

Hello everyone,
I followed your howto to install multiple language,
in agent interface is translated but not in admin interface.
On the login I click the flag, he call a page:
https://ip_server/login/?sgo_language=italian, but the interface is not translated
and the url in browser remain:
https://ip_server/login/
