No available agents

Dear all,

I've been trying to setup Goautodial 3.3 for a couple a days now. I can create campaigns, DID, inbound-group and point the DID to the inbound-group. I can also create agents and connect them to the agent interface. After connecting the agent, the admin interface shows Total agent online, Total agent waiting and Total agent paused (in case some of the agents are paused).

The issue now is that while some of the agents are in waiting state, calling the DID, the system says there is no available:

Can anyone point me to right direction? What am I missing? What informations do you need to be able to help me?

Hi,

Please make sure that your agents are logged in to the inbound campaign and selected the correct ingroup.

Hi Varias,

Thanks for helping. I've checked everything and just changed Dial Method from Manual to Auto Dial. It's now working as I wanted.
