Agent receiving 3-way transference can't see it in his agent interface

Dears,

We have a problem with 3-way transferences.

An agent transfers a call, he opens the transfer box, and select AGENTDIRECT. Then, when he selects Agents link, he doesn't see any agents.

If he tries to transfer to another agent's meetme number (with DIAL WITH CUSTOMER button), call is transfered and he can click in LEAVE 3-WAY CALL, but that another agent will not see this call in his interface and he needs hangup call and relog.

I'm think we are forget some configuration option for the list of transfer agents became ready, but i don't know what may be. I followed configuration steps from http://www.asttecs.com/available-agent-transfer-option-not-working-in-vicidial

Do you have any idea?

We are using goautodial 3.3-1406088000.

Hi,

If all your closer agents are logged in on AGENTDIRECT you will not see specific agents during transfer. AGENTDIRECT role is to put the call in the queue and when closer agents gets available(ready to take calls) thats the time call will be transfer to your closer agents.
