Survey compaign transfer

Hi

i create a survey compaign and the message is played correctly but when the customer press 1 the call is hung up

it s possible when customer press1 the call will be transfered directly to a mobile cell ??

and what i need to do for this ?

Set your Survey Method to DID or EXTENSION.
