Manual dialing works, but Auto-dial and Predictive no.

Registration in the conference, when selected redial, call from a sheet of numbers go, but do not appear in the panel agent. A feeling that the system is trying to bridge together two outgoing call, not the outgoing call and agent.

Hello,
I am trying to use predictive/auto dialer feature. Given a set of phone number the software has to pick up one number dial it and when rings connect to the available agent. There is no SIP trunk. How can I achieve this? please clarify.
