Outgoing Call

Hi all,

Have installed 2.1 today and would like to know possibilities to make an outgoing call manually from Softphone without log-in to agent page.

Please help as I am not able to do so, have installed 2.1 and configured everything as per the guidelines we are able to make internal calls extension to extension but not able to make outgoing calls to any country.

Please upgrade to GOautodial CE 3.3. The version you are using is very old (3 years and up) and is no longer supported.

1. what trunk type u r using E1/T1 or VOIP or analog lines
2. have you configured carrier setup
3. post your carrier setup and dialplan entry and what no u r dialling
4. while dialling what error u got .
5.type asterisk -vvvr in linux console to get the reatltime log of your call
