call survey

My SIP carrier allows for up to 1,200 calls per minute. I plan to only place 600 calls per minute. Can GoAutoDial handle this?

I see a post where someone get a response that hundred if not thousands can be made at a time, however, has anyone actually done this?

Hi,

Yes it is possible. You might want to also consider if your server can handle such volume of calls. You might set up multi-servers for this concern.

Where do I increase the channels available for voice surveys? I changed my server and carrier settings, however, I don't see where to change voice survey channels. The drop download only goes up to 30.

200 channels make around more than 2000+ calls in minute. You might need to trim it down and play with the settings to get 600 calls per minute.
