"Flush" All Settings

Added by Richard hubbard almost 10 years ago

Hey Guys,

Is there a command to possibly 'flush' all settings and make asterisk/vicidial re-read the config files?

For instance I've removed some DID's as incorrectly set them up, set up new ones on new numbers and they work fine.

The only numbers still try and go down the same path that I had previously setup (Even tho they are COMPLETELY missing)

I have the same issue with a DialPlan I set before I had much of a clue as to what I'm doing, it was named TAU and for some reason when I still dial that number (04xx xxx xxx) it still tries to follow that dial plan and not one thats located in the system.

I've tried finding it within the configs, but its nowhere to be seen and I have NO IDEA how Vicidial is still holding onto this value?

I've restarted asterisk, reloaded the dialplans, reloaded sip config etc and still the same issues.

Any help here would be great, better than starting with a 'fresh' install with the same config files I have here?

Regards,

Richard

What version of Vicidial are you using? You can find it on the Systems Settings page. Or you can SSH/Putty to your GOautodial server and run this on the console:

cat /usr/src/vicidial/version
    (1-2/2)
    Go to top
