Australian Dial Plan
Added by Richard hubbard almost 11 years ago
Hey Guys,
Last thing I have to ask here now is the correct dial plan for australia :)
Unsure what the SIP provider would require on their end, trying to find out more information about Dial Plans but I'm struggling here.
What I've managed to find is an Australian Dial Plan below, basically I ONLY want to be able to dial within Australia.
Numbers start with
Landline:
02 XXXX XXXX
03 XXXX XXXX
07 XXXX XXXX
08 XXXX XXXX
Mobile:
04XX XXX XXX
Prefix of +61 for mobile, unsure for other carrier. I noticed below dials 011 ? Which would be for international calls?
exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI
exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNKSWITCH}/011${EXTEN},,tTor)
exten => _61XXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup
Once thats set, what would I manually dial for a mobile number etc?
Cheers Guys!

Hi,
You can try the dial below. Where 9 is your campaign dial prefix and your softphone prefix is 961+phone number
exten => _961.,1,AGI
exten => _961.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@YourCarrierContext,,tTo)
exten => _961.,3,Hangup
