call queue "NO CALLS AVAILABLE"

Hi
I have goautodial setup running fine with blended and outbound campaigns. every thing is working fine except couple of things. like
1) Inbound call queue on the dashboard no calls are displayed it says "No call Available"
2) Listening and Bargein doesn't work.

Appreciate some help...

Hi Nischal,

Can you provide us the full logs of your asterisk logs while you are making or testing a calls. With this logs we can analyze whats going on to your server.
giving your current setup will also helps like is this a single server of multi server setup.

Thanks Wilper,

Today i tried to use another server with same Go and vicidial version(new server) where i created an ingroup and found the dashboard showing me the incoming call in the queue. after confirming calls in the queue are displayed i dumped mysql asterisk db from old server to the new one which broke the call in queue display .now again it is showing "No calls available" eventhough there is an incoming call (screenshot attached).
I feel like there is some issue with the settings for ingroup/system settings.
Again on the new server i restored its own asterisk DB which was running fine, and found the call queue display working.
