Duplicate Check Not working 3.0

Hi,
Since I upgraded to 3.0 the duplicate check fails everytime Im trying to use it. I browsed for a solution but coudlnt find any besides using /vicidial.

So I did, but whenever I try to load leads, create a list or do anything I only get the response "you dont have permission to "load leads/create list/create user".
The level is set to 9 but still, I cant use the vicidial admin?
So, anyone who has a solution, get the duplicate check to work in the 3.0 or get me permission i vicidial admin?

Have you tried checking your user permission on ViCidial admin https://YourServerIP/vicidial/admin.php
