scheduled call back

Hi guys

when i click the call back disposition after making a call that didn't reach the contact, no calendar pops up, i just get back to the agent interface. Is that the way it is intended to be or there is a way to actually show the calendar and schedule a new time when to try the connection again?

enable schedule callback option = yes in campaign detail screen
