Real Time In Goautodial 3.0

Dear Help Desk,
I had installed on VPS Goautodial 3.0 but in Dashboard i can't see calls ringing beacuse when i click i see no calls avaiable.
The program work perfeclty but i can't see only call's ringing and live outbound.
Do you have a solution for this?
