Dahdi is not loading into Asterisk in Ubuntu 12.01

Hi,
I m trying to do scratch installation of goautodial on ubuntu12.01 with virtualmachine of Xen platform and OpenVZ and VirtualBOX all goes well but when i try to install dahdi it was installed but its not loading into asterisk i have done many try with different method but no sucess i have done alot research regarding this some of said your asterisk is starting before dahdi starts but when i try to stop dahdi and asterisk and restart dahdi first then asteisk again no luck i have no physical card it just normal PD installation i wanna do please tell if you have any tip regarding this i will be really thanked
Why are you installing it on Ubuntu and not on CentOS? Download and install the GOautodial CE 3.0 ISO to VirtualBox and test it from there.
