Ability to have Integration with other than vtiger, is it required development or there are settings?

Dears;

If I have a CRM (other than vitger) and need to integrate the goautodial with it, do I need to do coding or there are a settings that I can use it to acheive this integration?

I appreciate if someone can put me in the track to acheive this.

Yes it is required development if you will using other crm.
