can you post the cli error while dialling from softphone

make sure u dialwith proper dialprefix while dialling from softphone.

It doesn't matter how I dial it says 404 not found I use a generic sip soft phone

Hi Harley,

There should be a correct dial format if you want to dial directly from softphone. You should use the dial prefix defined on your dial plan then the phone number that you want to dial. e.g Dial prefix (9) phone number 12127773456, you need to dial 912127773456 directly on your softphone.

Try dialing 3330511134+country code+phone number directly on your softphone. (e.g phone number to dial 12127773456.Dial 333051113412127773456 on your softphone.

Great. Thank you. So just copy paste that dial plan? Also when I dial out from outside my network on a soft phone I get no audio but I can put the call on hold and the hold music plays but when I talk I get no audio. Would you know anything about that? I checked my codecs they seem correct.
