Goautodial Cause 1 error

I am trying call landline numbers from my goautodial server by manually and that time its showing cause 1(Congested)unallocated or usassigned number like error message and please suggest me to fix the error message

post your cli error. (asterisk -vvvr)

1. what trunk(sip or pri or analog) you are using to dial out to landline numbers
2. what dialplan you are using ?
