Call Recordings downloaded as an empty file

I've installed a fresh version of Goautodial 3 for our call centre. Everything is working fine except call recordings.

When we download the recordings from the Dashboard, an empty mp3 is downloaded. It has the correct file name but it's an empty(not silent) mp3 file.

I have enabled call recording option from the campaign options. I don't know where it's going wrong.

I'd really appreciate any help you could provide.

check folder rights on /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
it should be 755

The problem was the file '*vicidial_recordings.conf*' was completely missing from /etc/httpd/conf.d in asterisk server.

I don't know why this file was missing but if anyone else is having problems with call recordings, make sure that file exits in that directory.

it's under goautodial.conf
