softphone Xlite 4 disconnects at exactly 31 secs

My server is here in the US and the agents are in Manila, they log in using xlite 4 and can take a call but 31 secs exactly after login the xlite 4 disconnects, they then must logout then log back in, to have the phone start the 31 sec countdown again.We went though the softphone settings and the timer is turned off, have tried different softphones with the same issue. disconnected the router on the agents end and connected 1 computer to the modem with the same issue. All ports are open ect. NO firewall or antivirus.

Hi Jack,

Kindly post your whole Asterisk CLI logs when the agents disconnected.

this might due to the lack of rtp

make sure ports 10,000 to 20,000 is opened in modem/router as well as from your isp .

another reason is the xlite , use 3cx or use ZOPIER iax phones and open the port 4569
