Can not backup system

Any idea why I can not get into phpmyadmin?below is the error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 75.xxx.xx.xxx Port 80

Hi,

You need to add your IP / IP block on the conf file of your phpmyadmin. then reload your httpd server.
