Agent dialer login not working

I have installed goautodial using the iso on VirtualBox. I can access the admin page and everything work fine. I can also login to the agents but I am not able to login to the dialer. It just keeps loading and if I inspect the error, it says "jssip-3.0.13.js:21334 WebSocket connection to 'wss://192.168.18.78:4443/' failed:"

Aside from the steps you followed here: https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4, did you make any additional changes?
