vicidial_list status is NEW but called_since_last_reset is Y

In table vicidial_list status is NEW but called_since_last_reset is Y.
How can this be?

Hi Igor,

By default called_since_last_reset set to N when you upload your leads. Are you the one whos accessing your database? do you have a script that running and updating the vicidial_list table?

Try also to update latest version by following the steps posted here:
