Hi, two lists are configured for the outbound campaign, one of the lists is configured for inbound, incoming calls go there, recycling is configured for the outbound campaign, but the leads included in the list for incoming calls do not ring back only if I manually reset the status of the list

Please make sure statuses in your inbound list are defined/added in Campaign>Advance Settings>Active Dial Status
