WEBRTC - nothing is heard in the connected call

Added by Spravce Natural about 3 years ago

Hi, I have installed GOv4 on CentOS7 according to the instructions "Step By Step Scratch install Goautodial V4 with FQDN". Updated to the latest OS version, GO is also updated from Github.

The server is behind NAT, I only use it inside the network. It connects to the Internet only to SIP providers. The domain is private, certificates from an internal domain authority.
Dialing numbers works, operator login to the portal as well. WebRTC also logs in, not a problem.

When the call is connected, nothing is heard on the client's WEBRTC side, and nothing on the recipient's side. When we put a call recording on the GO side, the sound is in the recording. We tried to have the calls recorded by a VOIP provider, there is also sound in the recording. There is nothing to hear in the headphones. When we tried to use "SNGREP" and trace SIP and RTP, everything seemed fine, it goes both ways.

Please help.

Hi, thanks for the response. I tried to set EXTERNIP and restart the server, unfortunately without success. There was no change. Any other ideas, what can I try?
