How to change my FQDN from Server 100% Operative???

Added by Leopoldo Martinez about 3 years ago

Hello everyone, I had time without writing here, this time I come to ask how to change my FQDN of my 100% functional GAD v4 Server, if someone could tell me if it is possible to do it or not, this because I have changed my name company, image and everything related to the previous FQDN. I tried to do it in those files that during the installation I manually put the FQDN but apparently some step or something is missing. if you could help me.

change the FQDNs in the following files (I include them with the directory or full path)

hostnamectl set-hostname my.fqdn.com

/etc/hosts (no matter how much I change the FQDN, it does not change, apparently my VPS provider does not allow making such changes without erasing my data)

/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg

/etc/rtpengine/rtpengine.conf

/var/www/html/php/goCRMAPISettings.php

/etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf

/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

I also made all the changes from the web portal

I also have a valid ssl certificate and I made the changes there too

/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

/etc/kamailio/tls.cfg

after making all those changes, it doesn't work. I would be very grateful if you could help me
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

Hi,

Please provide us error you've encountered like when you logged-in as agent and provide the following config/screenshots:

/etc/hosts
/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg
/etc/rtpengine/rtpengine.conf
/var/www/html/php/goCRMAPISettings.php
/etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

Thanks
