AWS EC2 GoAutoDial - Public IP not working

Hello,

I have installed GoAutoDial on my AWS EC2 instance, I have followed step by step this tutorial (https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Version_4_How_To_Install_Goautodial_From_Scratch_using_CentOS_7X) and I have used my instance's ip address, however when I type the ip adress in the web browser I cannot access it.
I have tried this as well and still not working : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26818456/amazon-ec2-not-working-when-accessing-through-public-ip
